Bakery Assisant/Kitchen Porter (Part time) Employment Enquiry

We currently have a vacancy a Bakery Assistant/Kitchen Porter (Part time) at our Bakery HQ at Riverbridge Business Park, Cardiff, CF23 9FP.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the bakery team with daily production and ensuring smooth operations.
- Supporting with kitchen porter (KP) duties, including cleaning, washing up, and maintaining hygiene standards.
- Helping with ingredient preparation, dough handling, and general bakery tasks.
- Ensuring the bakery is clean, organised, and running efficiently.
- No previous experince needed, but must be passionate about baking, this position is a good stepping stone in to the bakery industry. If you’re eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional bakery environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Hourly Pay: £12.21 per hour (21 years +) / £10 per hour (18 -20 year old)
Approx 15hrs a week
Staff discounts of food and drinks
Will need to be able to get to HQ for early mornings with some 4am starts
